I am using Any Video Converter Pro! It is very easy to use. There is just Blackberry output profile in the right panel of the sw, you can just select it and set the frame size to 480*360, then convert the videos. You do not need set any other parameters at all. Put the converted to your BB, then you are able to watch your videos on BB.
