While the multi-touch interface is nothing shy of amazing, my vote would go to Safari. The inclusion of an almost full featured web browser on an elegant little pocket device is just a blast!

I actually did everything up to this point on my iPhone. Registered, confirmed the email (which was a royal pain), and posted this entire message. Show me another pocket device that could handle all this! =)
