Across the board, the HTC Mogul is a very good phone, though there is certainly some room for improvement. Windows Mobile 6 adds some convenient features, and PPC-6700 owners might want to upgrade for the improvements, but we were disappointed by poor call quality and a processor that couldn't keep up with the demands of the bulky system. Not too disappointed, mind you, because the Mogul handles messaging as well as the best smartphones around, and business users won't be disappointed by the PIM functions or the tethered modem support, especially after Sprint's EV-DO rev. A upgrade. We're also pleased to see HTC getting more recognition, as their hardware designs are classy and well-built. With so many features, and so many buttons, the phone could have been better, but it deserves its spot at the top of Sprint's smartphone lineup
