Nintendo Switch Launch Date

Set for a worldwide launch on March 3rd launch, priced at $299, the Nintendo Switch includes a 6.2-inch, 720p multi-touch tablet running at a 1280 x 720 resolution when used in a handheld mode. The Switch is capable of outputting full 1080p visuals through an HDMI connection to an attached TV when docked, while the Switch itself is powered by a custom NVIDIA Tegra processor. It offers 32GB of onboard memory, which can be expanded with microSD cards. Games are loaded on physical GameCards, making them easy to travel with. 5. Super Mario Odyssey

Super Mario Odyssey is an upcoming open world, platform game for the Nintendo Switch set to release Holiday 2017.

It will be the sixteenth title in the Super Mario series, and the seventh 3D Mario title. The game takes place in the real world and Mushroom Kingdom in an open world-like setting, like Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Sunshine.

4. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is an upcoming kart racer game for the Nintendo Switch.

It is a port of the Mario Kart series title, Mario Kart 8 from the Wii U, with additional features such as several new characters and features more options for Battle Mode.

First hinted in the Switch’s announcement video in October, the game was formally announced as part of the Nintendo Switch presentation on January 13, 2017.
