Default $200 Laptop you say? Eee PC - 06-20-2007, 11:34 PM

It will cost $200 and will run Linux Distro and a scaled down version of Xp, it has a 3 hour battery life and built in WiFi.

but i would prefer spend $600 on a VIA Nanobook

Oke i see the concept behind it. Oke but here's the deal... (diggnation?)

what els is it good for to than to type on or to watch Youtube Video's cause if your going to watch a video witch is lets say a good DIVX or H264 video than you need to Juice to encode the video's and iam not sure that a $200 laptop can do this... also whats the screen res. and what amount of ram does it have what OS does it run. What does it doe what my Mobile phone cant do right now (Mio A701 whit GPS Windows Mobile5)

can some one explain

I agree with you Jasper, it's going to have crap spec.

It's just a cheap laptop for people who want to be able to say, 'Hey check out my new laptop.'

Nothing special about it, I personally wouldn't waste my money on it.

Also my spelling is correct, no matter what you say, I am British, we spell differently than Americans. Trust me it's right.
