While this isn’t a mystical place in an upcoming animated feature, the train you see is actually called the “Cherry Blossom Express”. According to Discovering Korea, an estimated 340,000 cherry trees bloom each spring in the coastline town of Jinhae. This particular photo was taken at Gyeonghwa Station in South Korea where trains pass through and is neighbored by Seongjusa Station to the north and Jinhae Station to the south.
