I am currently employed for a company that is responsible for making appointments for clients seeking health related services. The company is looking to incorporate a method to send out reminders for these appointments. We are seeking to send these reminders to the clients via text messages, email and/or any other medium available to replace the tedious task of placing phone calls and composing correspondence. Does anyone have any suggestions on how this goal can be attained?
