Angry Post count - 07-06-2007, 09:00 AM

Does anyone else think it's silly the 15 post rule to post images and links?

I can understand you don't want people registering just to post links to their sites everywhere, or spamming with random pictures, but there's hardly anything to talk about with the forum being new and I just think there's a lot of people posting for no reason just to up their post count.

The saying goes, 'Nobody is perfect, I am nobody, therefore, I am perfect.'

Also my spelling is correct, no matter what you say, I am British, we spell differently than Americans. Trust me it's right.

i think it is a good rule to impose here. that way, the links we'll get in the forum are links that we know come from people with credibility; people who have been here for a while.

I agree. I'm a new member and I don't mind the rule. The truth is I've been on boards taht are ridled with spam and bogus posts - I would rather no that I'm on a site where people have to "earn their wings" so to speak.
